Thousands of companies already rely on us to understand their footprint. Our next chapter is bigger: helping them cut emissions and grow, not just report.
We’re hiring a Head of Consulting to lead that chapter.
The mission
You’ll build and scale our forward-deployed climate engineering practice, a team of highly skilled consultants that embed directly with our largest clients to translate data into decisions, roadmaps, and measurable reductions. You’ll also own a commercial mandate that most consulting leaders never get: every engagement deepens adoption of our data platform, and you’ll be measured on the revenue and recurring value that flows from it. Advisory and product, working as one engine.
This is a rare combination. The intellectual depth of top-tier sustainability consulting, the velocity of a native AI company, and the leverage of a platform underneath everything you sell.
What you’ll do
- Build, lead, and scale a high-caliber consulting organization across the Nordics, US and beyond
- Design our forward-deployed model — how senior experts embed with clients, deliver fast, and create outcomes that compound
- Own the consulting P&L and drive platform revenue: turn advisory relationships into long-term, data-driven partnerships
- Win and shape our most strategic accounts personally, then build the playbooks and team to repeat it
- Partner with product and engineering so client insight flows back into a platform that keeps getting smarter
- Set the bar for quality, commercial discipline, and ambition as we grow
Who you are
- A commercial leader first. You’ve carried real targets and consistently beaten them
- Deep roots in sustainability, climate, or ESG, with genuine credibility in front of C-level clients
- Ready to scale a consulting or professional-services organization: hiring, structuring, and systematizing growth, not just running projects
- Fluent at the intersection of advisory and software; you understand how services pull product, and product scales services
- A magnet for talent and a builder of culture. People do their best work for you.
- Energized by ambiguity, speed, and building something category-defining
